RETURN POLICY

We accept refunds within 30days from the purchase date of a product arrival for no reason.To be eligible for a returns/exchanges, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

First, simply email us at CustomerService@decorsw.com using the e-mail address used to place an order.

Second, returns within the US must be sent within 7 days upon arrival and in original purchase condition -in original packaging and undamaged.

After receiving the item, and confirming the item meet our return-eligible criteria above, we will issue your refunds or exchange.
